Jane Allen is an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach working in public and private sectors, based in the UK. She provides advice and support to consultants and coaches working in the field of organisational and leadership development. Her ambition is to encourage the best of individuals and organisations in pursuit of their highest ideals and achievements.
Jane is an experienced national and international consultant and leadership coach working in public and private sectors. She coaches senior managers and Chief Executives in Social Care, Local Government, the Probation Service, Higher Education, senior leaders within BT, Imperial Tobacco and Eli Lilley and provides advice and support to consultants working in the field of organisational and leadership development. She has extensive experience of running action learning sets at a strategic level.
Jane has published widely on leadership, coaching and mentoring; and has recently graduated from the ALIA (Authentic Leadership in Action) international masterclass in the practices of mindfulness and authentic leadership. Her ambition is to encourage the best of individuals and organisations in pursuit of their highest ideals and achievements. She believes that good performance and quality go hand.

Ute, MSc, FCII, is an insurance and brokerage executive based in Switzerland. She has more than 25 years of corporate experience with relevant industry certifications and accreditations. Since 2009 she has been an area manager responsible for risk management and insurance related issues of Fiat Chrysler N.V. Group Companies in the countries of her responsibility. Her specialities are ERM tools and solutions with a global scope. She is a graduate of the Consulting and Coaching for Change programme of the University of Oxford (UK) and HEC (Paris, France).
An independent consultant since 2005, Ute combines analytical skills and her experience with the human element in situations of risk with her passion for social dynamics. Her corporate background stimulated her curiosity and continued research about the dynamics of interactions in long term change processes.
As a coach she uses her expertise and high quality standards to facilitate people’s development by building on their capabilities and insights, so that they are well equipped to operate in turbulent conditions and to reinforce continuous change.
Ute lives in Lugano, Switzerland and is bilingual in German and English. She is an avid traveller, story teller, and a member of the Change Leaders—a global community of practice.
