by Frédéric Caufrier

Frédéric Caufrier earned a doctorate in sciences from the Free University of Brussels and works in the fields of biotech, pharmaceuticals and the medical devices industry, mostly covering medical affairs. He earned a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford. He loves finding ways to “enlarge the pie” through breakthrough thinking, exploring new approaches and anticipating future trends, and aims to apply this thinking to individuals, teams, departments, and companies (with a close eye for society). Frédéric is one of the co-creators of the book Business Models for Teams. (2017).
Wherever he is, Frédéric will most likely be exploring, embracing, and owning the next transformation in his life, whether it is through thinking, sensing, feeling or deep imagination - solo, with close friends or partner. He has spent a sabbatical travelling on this journey: a vision quest in Norway, Social Presencing Theatre, a walk in the woods, a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat, exploring family and organisational constellations and other ways to go for a deep dive in the spirit and soul.
Both these worlds, of contemporary life and transformational inner work, often collide, touching and embracing to create new insights and direction. All these movements are emerging and have an evolutionary shamanistic nature.
