Organisational consultant, researcher, public speaker, facilitator, and member of the Action Inquiry Fellowship, Irena is engaged in a series of systemic transformations on the organisational and state levels. She facilitates the transition of organisations and institutions towards network-­‐‑based polycentric organisational systems, and consults start-ups in designing sustainable business models based on self-organisation and evolutionary purpose. She integrates her vast experience of leadership and systemic transformations into her academic research into polycentric systems and self-management models, applying them to decentralised management of public services in the fields of education, social care and environmental preservation. Action Inquiry and Integral approaches are at the heart of all her activities and her way of living.
