Catherine is a writer, facilitator, coach and public speaker who brings a wealth of experience as a senior executive, CEO and board member to her passion for developing more connected and aware leadership, and supporting people through transformational change.
She has a wide-ranging background in managing corporate services at a senior level and understanding the demands of governance and the challenges of securing real and lasting change in organisations. Catherine strives to be an authentic leader and uses her passion, personal experience and storytelling to inspire others.
Widowed suddenly in 2016, Catherine is experiencing a major personal transformation. She writes and talks about her experience of bereavement and resilience, and believes passionately that sharing such personal transformations can empower and support others.
Catherine loves the outdoor and rural life. Her interests include horse riding, good food, and Iceland. She promotes the delights of Icelandic horses through a “talking horse” blog and is currently writing her first children’s book.
